Te Puni Kōkiri is a national partner of the Pūhoro STEMM kaupapa. Te Puni Kōkiri partnered with Pūhoro in 2018 and has been an integral part of supporting the expansion of the kaupapa into new regions. Te Puni Kōkiri has supported us in the realisation of every aspect of our kaupapa, from wānanga, through to STEM tutorials and internships.

Te Puni Kōkiri has also been instrumental in supporting Pūhoro to become its own entity of the Pūhoro Charitable Trust (PCT) and stand in its own tino rangatiratanga and mana motuhake as a by Māori, for Māori with Māori kaupapa. This was realised in July 2021
