Applications are now open for a new fund that supports rangatahi to develop their leadership skills and pursue a career in health or medicine.
Pūhoro and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) are proud to launch the Ngā Rangatahi Hauora – Future Health Leaders Fund, a new initiative designed to support rangatahi Māori who aspire to careers in medicine and health leadership.
This fund aims to remove financial barriers and open doors for rangatahi to access events, programmes, wānanga and kaupapa that build confidence, strengthen leadership capability, and provide exposure to medical career pathways.
RACP trains and supports doctors across Aotearoa and Australia. Through this partnership, RACP is backing rangatahi Māori to explore medicine, develop leadership skills, and connect with future opportunities in health.
